The Society of St. Vincent de Paul, founded in 1833 by Frederic Ozanam in France, is a Catholic lay organization dedicated to serving those in need. With a mission to foster spiritual growth through person-to-person service, Vincentians from diverse backgrounds unite to assist the poor and suffering, making no distinctions among those they serve.
