Our Story
The Social Justice Learning Institute empowers individuals and communities of color through education, advocacy, and community engagement. Founded to address systemic injustices, SJLI focuses on improving the education, health, and well-being of marginalized communities.
Impact
Since 2020, SJLI has distributed over 4 million pounds of produce to residents in Inglewood and has served 3,810 students through its Urban Scholars program, helping them pursue further education at 39 campuses nationwide.
