Our Story

The Social Engineering Project, Inc. (TSEP) is an Oakland-based, 501(c)(3) tax-exempt social impact venture in collaboration with Stanford University. TSEP is dedicated to addressing the lack of diversity in the tech industry by implementing culturally relevant STEM pipeline programs for underrepresented students of color. Inspired by Charles Hamilton Houston's belief in being part of the solution, TSEP strives to create pathways to technical careers.

Impact

By providing essential STEM education and career opportunities, TSEP aims to foster a more inclusive workforce in the tech industry.
