SOAR for Youth, established in 2009, partners with the University of California, Berkeley and local organizations to provide essential support for foster youth. This program offers a four-year summer residential pre-collegiate experience, equipping young people with the skills they need to thrive academically and personally.

With a remarkable 96% high school graduation rate and 90% college attendance, SOAR for Youth is transforming lives. The program ensures that foster youth receive 5-10 years of continuous support, guiding them from middle school through college.
