Skagit Valley Early Learning Center, formerly known as the Early Learning Center at Skagit, has been a vital part of the community since its inception by Crossroad Covenant Church. Transitioning in May 2020, this initiative continues to serve the families of Skagit County by providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children, regardless of their background or socio-economic status. The center is dedicated to excellence and aims to be a cornerstone in the community, fostering growth and development for both children and staff.
