Our Story

Sisters Circle began in 2000 with a vision to support middle and high school girls in Baltimore. Starting with just six girls, the organization has expanded to include multiple schools and a vibrant community of mentors and mentees.

Impact

With a 100% retention rate for middle school students and an 85% retention rate for high school students, Sisters Circle has proven its effectiveness. The Class of 2022 saw 100% graduation, with 89% pursuing higher education or career training.
