Sista Afya Community Care is dedicated to changing the narrative around mental health for Black women and girls. By providing culturally responsive and gender-responsive mental wellness care, the organization creates a safe space for connection and healing.

Impacting Lives Through Accessible Care

In 2022, Sista Afya provided 1,050 free therapy sessions to 103 individuals, with 90% reporting improved mental health. The organization also served 400 women through community workshops and trained 100 individuals as Mental Health First Aid responders.
