The Siouxland Pickleball Association was established to create a fun, safe, and encouraging environment for pickleball players of all levels. Formed in March 2019, the organization transformed tennis courts into dedicated pickleball courts, achieving 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in July 2020. Since then, membership has surged from 50 to 500, reflecting the growing popularity of the sport.
Dedicated pickleball courts in Riverside Park have enhanced community access to the sport. The association hosts annual tournaments, fostering engagement and promoting pickleball's growth in the region.
