Founded in 1982 by Rana Arnold and Dr. Fred Carlin, the Sight Loss Support Group of Central Pennsylvania is a dedicated non-profit organization that provides essential support for individuals coping with sight loss. Through innovative programs like Art Through Touch, Festival Eyes, and View Via Voice, the organization fosters independence and community engagement for the visually impaired.
