Our Story
Founded in 1995 by Tibetan Buddhist monk Khensur Rinpoche Lobzang Tsetan, Siddhartha School Partnership bridges modern education with Himalayan culture. Starting from a humble one-room shed, the school now nurtures approximately 450 students from grades K to 10.
Impact
Since its first graduating class in 2008, 99% of Siddhartha School students have passed government exams, ranking in the top 20% in Jammu and Kashmir. The school has also enabled two graduates to become the first Ladakhi girls to receive scholarships for education in the USA.
