The Sickle Cell Foundation of Georgia, Inc. was founded in 1971 by the late Drs. Nelson McGhee and Delutha H. King, Jr. to address the growing number of babies born with Sickle Cell Disease. Celebrating over 52 years of dedicated service, SCFG continues to be a beacon of hope for affected individuals and families.
