Founded in 2016 by Executive Director Xahej “Xi” Bajipura, Show and Heal began as a YouTube channel aimed at challenging stereotypes surrounding local children from misrepresented populations. The initiative has since evolved into a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening young people's sense of social responsibility through Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) and self-care initiatives.
Show and Heal has positively impacted over 1,800 Indian youths and staff members through its programs and services. The organization has reached over 140,000 individuals through media initiatives, resulting in a remarkable 53% reduction in stress and anxiety among participants.
