Our Story

The Shirlington Employment And Education Center (SEEC) was founded in 2000 to assist day laborers in finding meaningful employment. Initially starting from a small office in Arlington's Shirlington community, SEEC has grown to become a vital resource for the local immigrant population. In March 2020, SEEC relocated to the Arlington Mill Community Center, continuing its mission to support those in need.
