Our Story

Shepherds’ Support International was founded in 2004 by Pastor Steve Troxel, inspired by the needs of Rwang and Lisu Christians. The organization aims to equip and encourage pastors and their spouses in less-resourced areas. In 2016, Rick and Diana Lowe took the helm, bringing a wealth of cross-cultural experience to further the mission.
