Our Story

Sheldrake Environmental Center was established in 2001 through a merger of the L.I.F.E. Center and Friends of the Reservoir. This organization has taken on the stewardship of the Larchmont Reservoir-James G. Johnson Jr. Conservancy, creating a sanctuary for both wildlife and the community.
