Our Story
Since 1964, the Humane Society of Sheboygan County has been committed to preventing cruelty to animals and providing humane education. As Sheboygan County’s only open admissions shelter, HSSC cares for over 4,700 homeless animals each year, focusing on accessible spay and neuter programs to combat overpopulation.
Impact
HSSC serves more than 4,750 animals annually, including 2,000 strays that are either reclaimed or adopted. Additionally, community programs assist an average of 2,700 animals each year.
