The LLC is disregarded for federal income tax purposes and was formed for the purpose of developing low-income housing. The LLC is the general partner in Shasta Hotel Housing Associates (81-3588298) which operates Shasta Hotel in Sacramento. Shasta Hotel is an 80 unit property which must be occupied by residents whose annual incomes do not exceed 60% of the area median income as established by HUD.
