The Sharing Foundation

Our Story

The Sharing Foundation began in 1992 when founder John Brewer, inspired by a child's need, used his earnings as a shopping mall Santa to provide Christmas presents for a struggling family. This act of kindness sparked a mission that has continued to grow. After John's passing in 2004, dedicated volunteers have carried on his legacy, ensuring that families in Anne Arundel County receive the support they need during tough times.

Impacting Lives

In partnership with Anne Arundel County Public Schools and local businesses, The Sharing Foundation aims to provide school supplies and Christmas presents to over 500 children this year. Celebrating 31 years of service, the foundation's volunteers work tirelessly to bring joy and relief to deserving families.
