Our Story

Shared Horizons is a dedicated nonprofit organization focused on managing Pooled Special Needs Trusts. Established in honor of Wesley Vinner, a passionate advocate for disability rights, the organization aims to protect public benefits and enhance the lives of individuals with disabilities.

Impact

Since its inception in 2004, Shared Horizons has positively impacted the lives of residents in the District of Columbia, Maryland, Kentucky, Ohio, and Georgia. With over 1,421 beneficiaries, the organization has facilitated more than $72 million in gross deposits and $33 million in cumulative disbursements.
