Seton Center

Our Story

Founded in 1969 by the Daughters of Charity and the Ladies of Charity of Metropolitan Kansas City, Seton Center is committed to serving neighbors in need. This comprehensive community center offers a food pantry, rent and utility assistance, a thrift store, and one of Kansas City’s largest safety net dental services.

Impact on the Community

Seton Center serves a significant portion of the community, with one third of its clients being children under the age of 18, all living at or below the poverty level. Essential services are provided at no charge to eligible individuals and families.
