Service First Initiatives Inc. was founded in August 2016 by the Iota Mu Sigma Chapter of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. in Arlington, Texas. This organization was created with a vision to provide unique opportunities and programs aimed at enhancing the personal development of young men. Through mentorship, members learn the importance of serving others while building lifelong friendships and gaining valuable educational and professional experiences.
