Our Story

Settlement Housing Fund has been dedicated to creating and sustaining high-quality affordable housing and programs since 1969. With 64 projects developed, over 9,000 apartments have been provided, offering homes to more than 25,000 low- and moderate-income residents, including those who were formerly homeless.

Impact

Settlement Housing Fund has created and preserved over 8,900 units of affordable housing, significantly impacting low- and moderate-income families. Up to 50% of housing is set aside for families transitioning from shelters, ensuring a brighter future for those in need.
