Our Story
Founded in 1994 by Shilda Frost, a dedicated nurse with 40 years of experience, Second Family Inc. began with a single home to care for medically fragile children abandoned in hospitals. Today, SFI operates 10 homes, offering 24/7 care for children with special needs and adults over 21 since 2004.
