Science in a Suitcase was born from a journey through the rice fields of Vietnam, where a group of passionate individuals sought to inspire the next generation. Founded in 2014, SIAS aims to bring hands-on science, technology, engineering, arts, and math (STEAM) education to underserved communities worldwide. By packing innovative robotics kits into suitcases, SIAS has traveled from Austin, Texas, to various countries including Vietnam, Cambodia, and India, introducing children to the wonders of robotics and creativity.

Making a Global Impact

Since its inception, Science in a Suitcase has donated over 150 LEGO robotics kits and trained hundreds of teachers and mentors. The organization has successfully exposed more than 3,750 students to the exciting world of robotics, sparking curiosity and innovation in countless young minds.
