About the Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development
Since 1936, the Schreiber Center for Pediatric Development has been a cornerstone for children and adults with disabilities. Originally established as the Society for Crippled Children and Adults during the polio epidemic, the organization has evolved to meet the diverse needs of the community. In 2018, it adopted its current name to reflect its commitment to serving children of all abilities.
