Our Story
Founded in 1993 by the Sisters of St. Joseph, TEACH was established to provide English language skills to the growing immigrant population, fostering their integration into the community. Over the years, the organization has evolved to offer free individualized instruction, mentoring, and support to adult learners, empowering them to advocate for themselves and their families.
Impact
TEACH serves 48 communities across Western Cook, DuPage, and Will counties, supporting over 850 students with the dedication of 300 volunteers, fulfilling its mission of promoting inclusion and equity.
