Founded by Dr. Cassandra Arnold, Scholars Today, Leaders of Tomorrow (STLT) began as the Essence of a Haitian Woman Scholarship Foundation in 2005. With a mission to uplift young Haitian women pursuing business degrees at Florida A&M University, STLT has evolved to empower all teenagers and young adults. The organization focuses on equipping them with essential skills in academics, financial literacy, professional development, and community service.
STLT has awarded over 125 scholarships and positively impacted more than 200 future leaders through its dedicated programs.
