Our Story

Founded in 2016 by Bo H. Holmgreen, Scholars of Sustenance was born from the need to address the staggering food waste observed at events and hotels. With operations in Thailand, Indonesia, and the Philippines, the organization focuses on rescuing surplus food and redistributing it to those in need.

Impact

Since its inception, Scholars of Sustenance has rescued over 13 million kilograms of food, providing 55 million meals and significantly reducing CO2 emissions by 331,000 tons.
