Our Story

Founded by Yasmine Arrington, ScholarCHIPS Inc. emerged from a vision to support youth with incarcerated parents. After participating in the LearnServe International Program, Yasmine recognized the need for tailored college scholarships and mentorship programs. Since 2010, ScholarCHIPS has been dedicated to breaking the cycle of poverty and incarceration.

Impact

With over $500,000 awarded in scholarships and support, ScholarCHIPS has helped at least 90% of its scholars graduate or stay on track to graduate within 4-6 years. This initiative empowers young adults to transform their lives and positively impact their communities.
