It started with an idea: to encourage students to pursue opportunities in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). This idea blossomed into a mission to inspire future innovators and technological pioneers in the Schoharie and Mohawk regions. Engineers and educators are dedicated to identifying, developing, delivering, and supporting STEM initiatives in the communities served.
Programs seek to increase interest in STEM and help children develop skills that will benefit their future. Mentors serve as role models, interacting with small groups of students, answering questions, offering guidance, and empowering participants throughout the program.
Individual donations are always appreciated! All donations are tax-deductible. Proceeds will help fund popular STEM programs like our summer program at the Duanesburg Y, FIRST LEGO League, and SeaPerch, as well as help develop new initiatives.
