Our Story

Scarlet Hope began in 2007 when Rachelle Starr, a young follower of Christ, felt a divine calling to serve women in the sex industry. Living in Southern Indiana, Rachelle prayed for a purpose, and God directed her to a local strip club. With the support of her husband, she took a leap of faith, entering the club to offer kindness and love. This pivotal moment led to the establishment of Scarlet Hope, which now serves women in 11 major cities across the United States.
