Our Story

Founded in September 1999 by Kevin and Shawna Coffman, Saved by Grace News is a dedicated nonprofit organization that shares the love of Jesus with inmates across the country. This ministry began in response to the need for reading material and Christian encouragement observed by Kevin while teaching Bible studies in the Cass County Jail.

Impact

Saved by Grace News has significantly reduced recidivism rates and strengthened family ties by providing spiritual support and encouragement to incarcerated individuals. The newsletter serves as a platform for Christian inmates to share their testimonies, fostering a sense of community and hope among those behind bars.
