The Sarita and Claire Wright Lucas Foundation was established in 2015 to honor the legacy of Sarita Wright Lucas and her daughter, Claire. This foundation is dedicated to increasing the representation of Black women in the prosecutorial field, providing essential scholarships and fellowships to African American female law students committed to public service and prosecution.
Since its inception, the foundation has awarded 24 scholarships and four fellowships, significantly contributing to the diversification of the prosecutorial field and supporting women in their legal careers.
