Our Story

The Sarbo Unity Foundation, Inc. was established in 2013 by Dr. Jewlee Weah Tweh, inspired by the urgent need for educational resources among the Sarbo Tribal people in refugee camps during the Liberian civil war. The foundation is dedicated to building educational infrastructure in rural Liberia, focusing on a high school, vocational training school, and literacy center to enhance access to education and economic opportunities for underserved populations in River Gee County.

Our Impact

By investing in educational capabilities and community development programs, the Sarbo Unity Foundation aims to uplift the lives of impoverished individuals in the Sarbo Tribe and surrounding communities.
