Our Story

Founded in 2015 after a successful production of Macbeth, Santa Fe Classic Theater emerged to celebrate Shakespearean works in Santa Fe. Despite initial delays, the theater launched in 2019 with the beloved Shakespeare in the Garden event, showcasing classic plays for a multicultural audience.

Impact

With generous support from donors, Santa Fe Classic Theater has produced live performances in Santa Fe and Tierra Amarilla, employing over 25 local artists each season to deliver high-quality classic works.
