Sankofatech

Our Story

Founded with a passion for community empowerment, Sankofatech began by addressing technical gaps through impactful applications. The Twi Bible and Hymnal App, our flagship project, reached over 50,000 users, making faith accessible on mobile devices. As responsibilities grew, Sankofatech pivoted to focus on developing the next generation of Black technologists. This led to the launch of the Achievers in Technology (AIT) program, designed to equip high-achieving Black college students with essential skills in software engineering and data science.

Our Impact

The AIT program is a transformative four-year journey that supports Black students from low-income backgrounds. By providing mentorship and resources, we help them thrive academically and professionally, addressing the unique challenges they face.
