Our Story

Founded in 2015 by Shelley and Casey Joiner, Sandcastle Kids Inc. was born from a heartfelt desire to support families facing the challenges of childhood cancer. After witnessing the struggles of friends, the organization offers a week of vacation in beautiful Destin and South Walton, Florida, allowing families to relax and create cherished memories.

Impact

Since its inception, Sandcastle Kids has provided vacations to 126 families, offering them a much-needed respite from the stresses of cancer treatment.
