Our Story

Founded in 2000 by Dr. Sharon Forrest, Path of the Heart aims to uplift the lives of children in Peru’s Sacred Valley. Inspired by her experiences and the urgent need for support, Dr. Forrest established this organization to extend her reach beyond what she could achieve alone. Today, a dedicated board of volunteers, including Washi, a child she once supported, oversees impactful charitable projects in Peru.
