Established in 1978, the San Francisco Girls Chorus is dedicated to creating outstanding performances that showcase the unique and compelling sound of young women’s voices. Under the visionary leadership of Artistic Director Valérie Sainte-Agathe, SFGC has cultivated an incomparable sound that highlights the clarity and expressiveness of impeccably trained treble voices. Each year, hundreds of singers from 45 Bay Area cities, aged 4 to 18, participate in SFGC’s transformative programs.
