Established in 1991, San Francisco CASA (SFCASA) is dedicated to helping foster youth achieve their full potential. With over 330 volunteers and numerous partner agencies, SFCASA provides essential support and advocacy for youth in the foster care system. The mission is to transform the lives of children and youth traumatized and displaced in the foster care system by providing a consistent, caring volunteer advocate.

Impact of CASA Volunteers

In the past year, 331 CASA volunteers supported 334 young people through vital programs. These dedicated advocates enable judges to make informed decisions, ensuring that the needs of foster youth are met and that they have a voice in their lives.
