Our Story

Founded in 1964, the San Fernando Valley Interfaith Council Inc (VIC) began as a coalition of clergy advocating for fair housing. Over the years, VIC has transformed into a vital resource for seniors, caregivers, and families, offering a range of social programs and services tailored to the needs of low to moderate-income seniors.

Impact

During the pandemic, VIC delivered over 1,000,000 meals to seniors, ensuring that vulnerable populations received the support they needed. With three Senior Centers and 11 dining sites, VIC serves over 308,000 meals annually, along with transportation services and case management.
