Founded in 1986 by Dick Templeman and Dave Whittaker, the San Diego Volleyball Club has grown from its humble beginnings to include seventeen girls’ travel teams and nine boys’ travel teams. The club has a rich history of success, including national championships, and is dedicated to making volleyball accessible to all players through its Local Program.
The club has successfully built a community of confident young athletes who excel in volleyball and develop a lifelong love for the sport, while fostering respect for themselves and others.
