Our Story

The San Carlos Foundation has been dedicated to providing health and educational assistance to refugees and those living in extreme poverty in Central America since 1984. Operated by an unsalaried board of directors, the Foundation ensures that 100% of donations go directly to field workers.

Impact

Since its inception, the Foundation has supported 135 volunteers, including notable figures like Ben Linder, who tragically lost his life while working in Nicaragua.
