Our Story

Over the years, SAGA has demonstrated resilience through advocacy, community involvement, and overcoming challenges such as financial difficulties and the loss of key members. With the recent achievement of 501(c)(3) status in 2023, SAGA is poised to expand its resources and activism efforts to better serve the transgender community in San Antonio.
