Our Story

Founded in 2019 with the support of San Angelo Chief of Police Frank Carter and Tom Green County Sheriff David Jones, San Angelo Back the Badge is dedicated to enhancing law enforcement efforts in Tom Green County, Texas. A committed Board of Directors, comprised of community members and agency employees, organizes an annual sporting clay shoot to raise funds for local law enforcement agencies. This event has become a cornerstone of community support, providing essential resources for upgrading facilities and equipment.
