Clean Water Access

Our Story

The Samuel Omogo Foundation was established in 2012 by Marge Wilson, Karie James, and Peter Omogo to honor the legacy of Samuel Omogo, a dedicated philanthropist who devoted his life to enhancing the well-being of Nigerian villagers. After his untimely passing at the age of 47, the foundation was created to continue his mission of providing essential resources to those in need. The foundation focuses on fostering the responsible development of clean water sources in Southeastern Nigeria, where access to safe drinking water is a critical issue.

Our Impact

By building water wells in villages across Southeastern Nigeria, the foundation has successfully provided clean water to approximately 103,000 individuals, significantly reducing their reliance on contaminated water sources.
