Our Story
Founded over 40 years ago by Rev. Samuel Dixon, the Samuel Dixon Family Health Center was established to deliver essential health services to the uninsured and under-insured in Val Verde, CA. Since its inception in August 1980, the center has expanded its reach to serve the Santa Clarita Valley and surrounding communities.
Impact
In the past year, SDFHC has facilitated over 11,000 patient contacts, effectively preventing illness and injury while reducing unnecessary emergency room visits.
