Our Story

In 1994, Mark Palm and a friend traveled to Papua New Guinea, witnessing the urgent spiritual and medical needs of the people. This experience ignited a passion to establish an aviation medical service. Mark and his family officially began their mission in Papua New Guinea in 2010, launching flight operations shortly after the arrival of their first floatplane.

Samaritan Aviation has transformed lives by providing emergency medical air travel to over 500,000 individuals in East Sepik Province. The organization delivers essential medical supplies, conducts hospital ministry, and offers life-saving flights.
