In 2008, Wes Lane responded to a calling that would change the landscape of Oklahoma City. Gathering influential leaders from various sectors, he founded Salt and Light Leadership Training (SALLT) to disciple and empower individuals who share a passion for revitalizing their communities. This initiative, inspired by the legacy of William Wilberforce and the Clapham Sect, has grown into a vibrant coalition of nearly 650 members, representing the rich diversity of our city.

SALLT awakens and equips leaders from every sphere of cultural influence, providing them with the tools to bring Kingdom solutions to the challenges they face. Through events and annual training classes, leaders of all ages are inspired to step into their purpose and fulfill their calling.
