Our Story
The Salesian Boys & Girls Club was founded in 1945 in East Boston by the Salesians of Don Bosco. Originally established as an Oratory, it became affiliated with the Boys Club of America in 1970, broadening its mission to serve all local youth. In 2009, the club moved to the former Saint Dominic Savio High School, continuing to uphold the principles of Reason, Religion, Kindness, and Active Presence. This commitment has prepared thousands of youth to become role models in their community.
